Internship in Communication and Event Management
In this exciting internship, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in communication and event management. You will work closely with experienced marketing experts and support them in various areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and respond to sponsorship requests using tools or mailboxes
* Manage administrative tasks related to sponsorships and partnerships, including contract drafting, invoicing, and filing
* Create and coordinate SWISS activations for various audiences, such as events, sponsorships, and partnerships
* Support project planning, follow up on actions, and assist with on-site event coordination
* Contribute to communication planning and help coordinate content for internal and external channels
* Write engaging articles for internal communication and regularly update content on the intranet
* Assist in creating content-based material for commercial use across channels
Requirements:
* Currently enrolled in a program in Event Planning, Marketing, or Communication (students must have completed at least 3 semesters)
* A valid internship agreement from your school is required
* Strong writing and organizational skills with attention to detail
* Creative, solution-oriented, and flexible
* Team player, willing to work outside regular office hours when needed
* Native French speaker with excellent writing skills
* Very good spoken and written English
* Proficient in MS Office tools
