Polymechanic apprentice trainer

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Polymechanic.PolymechanicFederal VET Diploma (CFC) as a polymechanicMastery of CNC machining with CAM software (3-axis and 5-axis)Knowledge of Mastercam X for at least 3-4 yearsExperience in leading and managing personnel, ideally young apprentices in a mechanical workshop (an introductory training course (600h) is an advantage), possibility of taking a management course (an advantage)Knowledge of MS-Office software and ERP (an advantage)Provide introductory training courses (manual machining techniques, conventional, CNC, metrology, assembly)Guide apprentices toward success through motivating pedagogy and monitoring of their workTransmit reports to management in the form of indicators (cost tracking, commitments, apprentice production via SAP)Manage investment requests (machines, accessories) and maintenance and organize the weekly workload for each apprentice (MAP, machine maintenance, tracking of manufactured parts) and sign work logs and apprentice absences.Conflict management, apply internal rules in case of non-compliance with company values, organize meetings with parents if necessaryCollaborate with training partners (COMEC, Swissmem, CPNE, schools)Participate in semi-annual exchanges with local training centersOrganize open houses, internships for future apprentices, educational events, and educational outings (teambuilding, skiing, industrial visits)Plan individual interviews and reports every 6 months.Motivate apprentices to participate in competitions such as IndustrySkills. jidc5a0023aen jit0625aen jpiy26aen
