YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a Press Relations & Brand Content Intern to join our Maison. This 12-month internship provides an exceptional learning opportunity within the luxury industry, offering hands-on experience in both international public relations and brand content creation. Reporting to the Intl PR & Corporate Comm. Manager (50%) and the Brand Content Manager (50%), the intern will support the International Press Relation team and the Brand Content team, gaining valuable skills in press office operations, collection coordination, and content development.
PLAYING YOUR PART
1. INTERNATIONAL PR (50%)
* TRAVELLING COLLECTION COORDINATION (40%)
o You will handle the worldwide coordination of the travelling collection according to Intl PR strategy
o You will follow up on local PR activations and photo shoots, maintaining efficient communication with key contacts regarding logistics, transport, and security
o You will ensure diligent daily planning and follow up, working closely with involved teams at HQ and within the subsidiaries
* CONTENT SUPPORT (10%)
o You will assist press manufacture visits and shooting set ups
o You will coordinate press lounge and information to subsidiaries according to Intl PR calendar
1. BRAND CONTENT (50%)
* CONTENT PRODUCTION (40%)
o You will develop engaging product-focused content for a wide range of platforms (press, VM, social media, website)
o You will plan photo and video shootings
o You will create shooting briefs for each project
o You will coordinate with internal teams and service providers to ensure seamless project execution
o You will oversee post-production until final deliverables are completed
o You will upload assets on image database platform
* FIT-FOR-USE ASSETS (10%)
o You will follow-up, create and upload fit-for-use formats on the image database platform: crops, gif creation, videos edits
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?
Success in this role will require …
* A bachelor's or master's degree in Communication/Digital/Production or similar
* Some knowledge or specific interest in Press/Public relations and/or Creative Content Production (photo/video)
* Good foundational knowledge of audio-visual production
* Microsoft Office (mandatory Excel – TCD, PowerPoint), SAP, Adobe Creative Suite (mandatory Photoshop and InDesign)
* Fluency in English and French
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Curious, proactive and team player
