For our client, we are looking for an experienced Software Engineer who operates confidently in large-scale Kubernetes environments, actively shapes complex software and platform architectures, and brings both strong hands‑on expertise in Python and/or Go as well as a high level of ownership and quality mindset, in order to further develop and reliably operate global Kubernetes infrastructures through automation, API design, and robust software solutions.

Your Tasks:
* Own and drive delivery planning across multiple agile teams from MVP through subsequent releases
* Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and blockers to ensure smooth delivery execution
* Lead release management activities, including release planning and coordination with Development, QA, and Operations
* Ensure structured scope and requirements management processes
* Provide transparent program status reporting to stakeholders and leadership
Scrum Master & Agile Coaching
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for multiple delivery teams (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
* Remove impediments and protect teams from external disruptions
* Coach teams on agile best practices and continuous improvement
* Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and story definition
* Track and communicate key agile delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, blockers, etc.)
Cross-Team Coordination
* Coordinate collaboration and alignment across multiple delivery teams
* Facilitate Scrum of Scrums and dependency management sessions
* Maintain Jira as the central source of truth and ensure consistent Jira governance across teams
* Enable effective collaboration between onsite and distributed international teams
* Coordinate with adjacent programs and platform teams on integration dependencies
Your Profile:
* 7+ years of project management experience in software delivery, including 3+ years managing programmes with multiple parallel teams
* Demonstrated Scrum Master experience – you have facilitated agile teams, not just observed them. You know how to run an effective retro and coach without directing
* Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry experience with understanding of GxP requirements and what inspection readiness means in practice
* Hands‑on Jira experience – you have configured and managed Jira projects, not just consumed reports. Xray test management experience preferred
* Experience with scaled agile delivery (SAFe or similar) and the pragmatism to know when to adapt the framework to the situation
* Strong risk and dependency management skills with a bias toward action
* Experience managing distributed hybrid teams across multiple time zones
* Fluent English communication – written and verbal
