We are
now looking for an experienced SAP Payroll
and Time Management Expert to support a major HR digital transformation program
within a large enterprise environment. This role is key to ensuring operational
continuity while a long -term internal solution is being identified. You'll work closely with stakeholders across HR, IT, and finance
to deliver compliant, efficient, and future -proof payroll and time management
services. This project is already underway and runs officially until March
2028, offering long -term visibility and strategic impact.
THE
ROLE
Actively contribute to
operational readiness and service continuity during transformation
Gather requirements from
stakeholders and translate them into SAP functional solutions
Configure and maintain
SAP Payroll and Time Management modules
Ensure compliance with
Swiss payroll laws, controls, and reporting standards
Conduct system testing,
troubleshoot issues, and manage SAP OSS updates
Deliver user training
and post -go -live support
Help design and
participate in the long -term support model
Collaborate with other
SAP module owners (e.g., HR, Finance) for seamless integration
Support projects such as
system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations
Requirements
Minimum 6 years of
hands -on experience in SAP Payroll and Time Management
Strong understanding of
SAP configuration (schema, rules, PCC, wage types, PCRs)
Deep familiarity with
Swiss payroll processes and regulatory compliance
Comfortable working
cross -functionally and managing stakeholders
SAP certifications are a
strong asset
Experience with ABAP
debugging and integrations with external time systems is a plus
Excellent communication
in German and English
Self -starter with a
structured, reliable, and autonomous working style
