HSSE-DD Independent and family-owned, Jean Singer & Cie SA has been manufacturing high-quality dials for the biggest Swiss watchmaking brands for over a century. To strengthen our teams in our building in Boudry, we are looking for HSSE-DD. Your mission: You are in charge of implementing, monitoring, and managing the Hygiene, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSSE) system and Sustainable Development within the manufacturing facility. You ensure regulatory compliance, support risk management, and guide the company in its trajectory.Tasks:• Evaluate and update risk analyses for all tasks and define and monitor preventive measures concerning workplace safety and health.• Ensure compliance with HSSE regulations and coordinate external controls and audits.• Raise awareness and train employees on good HSSE practices.• Manage environmental aspects: waste, wastewater, emissions, storage, and hazardous products.• Monitor and lead Sustainable Development projects (energy, waste, accountability, traceability).• Update registers, emergency plans, and internal procedures.• Prepare and contribute to reports intended for Management and clients.• Assist colleagues in resolving issues and implementing corrective actions.• Participate in internal and external audits and follow up on action plans.• Promote an HSSE – Sustainable Development culture among employees.Profile:• Higher education or specialization in HSSE, environmental, or technical fields (HES / STPS / equivalent).• Confirmed industry experience, ideally in watchmaking or chemical processes.• Mastery of the Swiss legal framework in health-safety, environment, and chemicals.• Knowledge of ISO standards and ISO management systems.• Skills in risk analysis, incident investigations, and HSSE.• Ease in transversal communication and the ability to enforce rules tactfully.• Rigor, sense of responsibility, autonomy, and stability in emergency situations.• Ability to communicate effectively with different audiences.• Good proficiency in office tools and management systems.We invite you to send us your application file.
