Operational Business Analyst (Consultancy - 3 months)

Our Client, a UN agency, is seeking an Operational Business Analyst to support their Academy in reviewing and aligning program structures, workflows, learner journeys, and delivery modalities.
Your Role
Review and map current programs, workflows, and governance practices
Identify structural gaps, inefficiencies, and overlaps
Design a standardized Academy"‘wide framework and operating model
Define governance structures, roles, processes, and SOPs
Develop practical tools and templates to support implementation
Key Deliverables
Current"‘state assessment and gap analysis
Standardized program framework and operating model
SOPs, templates, and governance structure
Implementation roadmap and handover documentation
Your Profile
Advanced university degree (Business, Education, Organizational Development, or related)
Minimum 7 years' experience in business analysis, operations, or program management
Proven experience designing operational frameworks and SOPs
Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder"‘management skills
Excellent English; strong MS Office skills
Experience in international or complex organizational settings an asset
