Are you ready to represent a disruptive force in dental health?

At Regedent, we aren't just selling products; we are changing the way dental professionals treat some of the most prevalent diseases in the world. Our disruptive therapies are transforming outcomes for patients suffering from periodontitis and peri-implant infections, providing clinicians with innovative solutions where traditional methods fall short.

We are looking for a sophisticated International Sales Manager to manage and optimize our established international distributor network. You will be the bridge between our life-changing technology and the global partners who bring it to patients worldwide.

What You'll Do

* Strategic Partnership Management:
Act as a business consultant to our distributors. You'll help them develop annual business plans, marketing initiatives, and clinical promotional activities.
* Operational Excellence:
Define clear KPIs and sales targets, conducting regular performance reviews and ensuring our high standards of brand representation are met globally.
* Knowledge Leadership:
Be the expert. You'll provide onboarding and share clinical best practices to ensure our disruptive therapies are understood and utilized effectively.
* Clinical Engagement:
Collaborate with Local Key Opinion Leaders (LKOLs) and our Training & Education teams to drive local clinical initiatives that validate and promote our therapeutic solutions.
* Cross-Functional Bridge:
Work closely with R&D, Quality, and Marketing to relay market feedback, helping us stay at the forefront of dental innovation.

What We Are Looking For

* The Relationship Architect:
5+ years of international sales experience, specifically in
distributor management
. Experience in the
dental or medical device industry
is essential.
* Structured & Analytical:
You are comfortable managing budgets, analyzing product performance (sales and safety), and using CRM tools (HubSpot).
* The Multilingual Communicator:
Proficiency in English is essential. Intermediate skills in
German, Spanish, or French
are a strong advantage.
* Global Mobility:
A willingness to travel up to 40% to support our partners on-site and represent Regedent at international trade shows.
