This Position Requires Regular On-Site Presence in Stabio (Ticino), Switzerland.
Join an industrial innovation project focused on applying AI and robotics in real production and office environments. You'll work closely with top management to identify, prototype, and deliver impactful solutions—ranging from office automation to advanced robotics on the factory floor.
Example projects include:
* Secure enterprise LLMs for internal knowledge systems (RAG-based)
* AI-powered sales agents for lead generation
* Workflow automation using OCR and intelligent parsing
* Computer vision for real-time quality control
* AI-assisted design for manufacturing optimization
* Humanoid robotics feasibility in production
Your role is to drive experimentation, deliver fast results, and help shape long-term tech strategy—optionally as part of your Master's thesis.
Requirements
Academic Background
Currently pursuing a Master's degree at ETH Zurich in Robotics, Computer Science, Data Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Languages
Fluent in English. German or Italian is required.
