We provide our clients with comprehensive, integrated solutions in Switzerland and by accompanying them on potential expansions abroad.Your expertiseWe’re looking for a candidate who:has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree within the last 18 monthshas a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading systemhas values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborativeis a strategic thinker with strong communication skillsis motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlinesis fluent in French and proficient in English; additional languages are a plusWe want someone who’s curious and is ready to thrive in a business that never stops moving. It doesn’t matter what you’re majoring in, but you do need to have an interest in the financial industry. We want to see what makes you unique and discover what you can bring to our team.Start date: July 2025Your programOur Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of corporate and institutional clients. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations.
