This client‑facing role involves working with both existing and new clients, requiring strong technical expertise, payment systems knowledge, and excellent problem‑solving skills. You will play a key role in implementing solutions, managing technical configurations, and ensuring smooth operations for our clients. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liImplement and configure FINASTRA software solutions for clients. /li liManage multiple technical payment service and support requests in a timely manner. /li liDefine and implement client application configurations to provision environments. /li liLead technical investigations of reported issues and provide resolutions or detailed analysis. /li liCollaborate with stakeholders (clients, suppliers, engineers, application managers) in German and English. /li liEnforce corporate standards to minimize operational risks and report progress regularly. /li liDocument and hand over technical implementations to the support team post go‑live. /li liRecord and resolve internal defects and product‑related issues with development teams. /li /ul h3Required Skills Expertise /h3 ul liStrong problem‑solving skills and technical background. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li liGood knowledge of Linux and scripting. /li liWorking knowledge of client‑server architectures and web applications. /li liWorking knowledge of databases and SQL. /li liWorking knowledge of (S)FTP, (WebSphere) MQ integration, REST API. /li liWorking knowledge of system and network setup and technical architectures. /li liExperience with payment and AML screening flows, SWIFT services, and ISO 20022 standards. /li liBachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. /li liDemonstrated experience in the financial industry (banks, insurance, or financial institutions). /li /ul h3What We Value /h3 ul liPositive, pragmatic, and client‑focused approach. /li liAbility to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. /li liStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. /li liFluency in German and English (French or Italian is a plus). /li liUnderstanding of SaaS and on‑premise environments. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liA challenging and rewarding role in an international, dynamic environment. /li liOpportunity to work on innovative projects with global impact. /li liHybrid work model: 2 days on‑site per week, rest remote. /li liCompetitive compensation and benefits. /li liA collaborative team with an entrepreneurial mindset. /li /ul pReady to join us? /p pIf you are passionate about delivering forward‑thinking solutions and have the expertise to make an impact, we look forward to your application. /p h3Benefits /h3 ul liFlexibility: Enjoy unlimited vacation, based on your location and business priorities.
