Position overview:
Main activities
* Primary responsibilities will be protein production using mammalian expression platform.
* Cell culture passaging, transfection, antibiotic selection, Batch and fedbatch evaluation of cell clones.
* Clonal selection, isolation and banking of high-expressing cell lines.
* Independently plan and execute experiments according to timelines.
* Follow procedures.
* Present data at team meetings.
* Integrate a dynamic group.
* Generate, organize and maintain meticulous records on all conducted experiments.
* Execute optimization programs to improve procedures.
Qualifications
* Engineer in cell culture, years of related experience would be an asset.
* Good knowledge in protein production using mammalian expression platform.
* Good knowledge in cell line development: ability to screen (ELISA), isolate cell clones.
* Good communication skills.
* Independence and creativity are also appreciated.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
