Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Campaigns / Advertising Project Manager to join a renowned digital agency specialized in creative solutions, bringing deep experience in managing complex publicity and communications campaigns.
You will act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring that every campaign runs smoothly from concept to delivery. With your sharp organizational skills and strategic mindset, you’ll lead projects across departments, ensuring alignment between creative, strategy, production, and client teams.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage integrated publicity and communications campaigns (content driven formats).
* Serve as the primary client liaison—building strong relationships, understanding client goals, and translating them into effective creative briefs and project plans.
* Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, production, media) and external partners (directors, producers, vendors) to deliver high-quality outputs on time and within budget.
* Oversee the planning and execution of shoots, productions, and campaign rollouts, ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders.
* Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
* Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and support in proposal development and strategic planning.
* Anticipate challenges and proactively find solutions, maintaining a calm, confident presence even under pressure.
* Present work, lead meetings, and represent the agency in a professional and compelling manner.
Your Profile
* 5+ years of experience in a client services, project management, or account role within a publicity, communications, or creative agency.
* Strong project management skills—able to manage multiple timelines, priorities, and stakeholders.
* Strategic thinking paired with a hands-on approach to execution.
* Proven track record of campaign management (video shoots, prints, and declinations to various social media).
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
* Full professional English proficiency (mandatory); other languages are a plus.
* A collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for impactful storytelling.
* Experience working with corporate clients, especially on reputation, branding, or executive visibility campaigns.
