Job Summary
Responsibilities
8. Create batch using Broadcom (CA) ESP dSeries Workload Automation
9. Automate existing processes using enterprise batch scheduling tool (CA WLA) and Microsoft’s Power Platform; Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
10. Create and maintain the standards and guidelines framework
11. Collaborate with geographically and culturally diverse cross-functional teams in supporting operational activities and initiatives
12. Manage conflicting priorities, and negotiate realistic delivery times requiring minimum supervision
13. Create and design batch workflows using the scheduling tool features and best practices
14. Ensure a smooth support transition throughout testing environments and into production
Qualifications
15. Experience with workflow design and batch processing using Broadcom (CA) ESP dSeries Workload Automation or equivalent scheduling tools such as Control-M
16. Former Technical Software Analyst, IT Support Analyst, Application Support, Application Operations, Batch Specialist, or relevant experience
17. Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills
18. Can work the night shift
19. Can demonstrate a critical thinking process, is innovative
20. Excels at organization, planning and time management skills
21. Independently gather requirements and manage road bumps along the way
22. Ability to adapt quickly and easily to changes
23. Ability to work independently or in a team environment on larger projects
24. Knowledge of - Java Script
25. Knowledge of SQL Queries
26. Knowledge of SFTP
27. Servers/network - standard knowledge
28. Well versed in ITIL, SDLC and Compliance
