EU Collectibles Strategy & Operations Lead
Location: Bern, Switzerland
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
We are looking for a Bern-based Strategy and Operations Lead to support the EU Collectibles leadership team. This role will be responsible for framing strategy, creating and refining business cases, managing key leadership cadences, crafting compelling executive‑ready narratives, and driving select program execution for key collectibles categories, including trading cards, coins, comics, and toys.

Required qualifications
* 7+ years of relevant experience: analytics, strategy & operations, management consulting, product management, or similar in e‑commerce, retail, consumer goods, or consumer tech.
* BA/BS degree, or equivalent.
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
* Excellent presentation skills and high‑level proficiency in Google Slides and/or MS PowerPoint.
* Excellent analytical skills, experience pulling data/gathering insights, and high‑level proficiency in Google Sheets and/or MS Excel.
* Excellent program/project management skills and high‑level proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.
* Travel to industry events, external partners, and eBay offices as‑needed (4+ times per year).
Preferred qualifications
* MBA or similar graduate degree.
* Two‑sided marketplace experience.
* Industry experience or personal passion for collectibles (trading cards, coins, comics, toys).
