Responsibilities
* Manager is responsible for leading case teams, client engagements and business development.
* Understand the critical issues affecting the client, work directly with clients and Partners to set project objectives, define project scope, develop analytical frameworks, structure and assign work responsibilities and overall tracking and management of the client deliverable.
* Structure complex strategic and technical problems into discrete modules and communicate these to the team.
* Deliver appropriate and timely recommendations to the client based upon the proper interpretation of the team’s research and analyses.
* Manage the day-to-day execution of a project, whilst developing and mentoring the team.
* Contribute to the management of the firm through involvement in areas such as professional development, new business development, recruitment and Knowledge Management.
Requirements For The Role
* Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills combined with proven expertise in strategy consulting approaches.
* Proven experience in mentoring and coaching people in multiple dimensions including analytical skills, project management, client relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong project management skills including work planning, presentation development and quality control of analysis.
* Strong expertise and experience in delivering financial services projects in Switzerland and beyond focusing on business strategy, digital and risk & regulation.
* Native (Swiss) German is an advantage.
