This role is ideal for strong leaders from Line Maintenance, Base Maintenance, or Engine Shop environments who are ready to step into one of Europe’s most stable and rewarding aviation markets. Leadership capability is the priority. Deep engine experience is welcomed, but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage teams of 15–20 mechanics/technicians/inspectors/engineers
* Plan and oversee daily maintenance activities, workload, and manpower allocation
* Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, safety standards, and internal procedures
* Monitor quality, productivity, and on‑time delivery of maintenance tasks
Required Profile (Must‑Have)
* Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Team Leader, or Lead Technician
* Background in aviation maintenance (line, base, hangar, engine shop, or MRO)
* Demonstrated ability to manage teams of 15–20 staff
* Good understanding of maintenance procedures and documentation (AMM/CMM/IPC)
* Fluent English (spoken and written)
Shift & Location
* Shift system: Early & Late shifts (no night shifts)
* Locations: Zurich Airport campus and surrounding facilities
