Key Account Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Switzerland. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction across our online channels.

About the Job

This is a hybrid working role that requires travel to our Baar office as needed. You will be responsible for managing our online accounts in Switzerland, including Galaxus and Brack.ch. Your primary goal will be to deliver sales, margin, and profitability targets while also developing and implementing effective customer relationship management strategies.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction across our online channels
* Manage online accounts in Switzerland, including Galaxus and Brack.ch
* Deliver sales, margin, and profitability targets
* Develop and implement effective customer relationship management strategies
* Manage the online sales monitoring system
* Develop countermeasures if targets are not achieved
* Develop the online customer care strategy
* Deliver stock planning and management
* Conduct competitor analysis
* Participate in international exhibitions
* Prepare for the launch of new products
* Deliver best practice and continuous improvement across the business

Requirements
* Proven track record in online sales and marketing
* Understanding of the digital consumer & shopper journey, the key touch points, and players in the digital landscape and their drivers
* Hands-on experience in digital sales and marketing e.g. analytics, digital media, online marketing, e-trade, online sales
* Experience of online measurement tools
* Strong analytical skills
* Very good MS-Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Business fluency in German and English
* Ideally understanding of French and Italian
* Open-minded, flexible and collaborative team player
* Well organized and structured, proactive, target oriented, conscientious and resilient
* Customer orientated
* Preferably a background in the white goods industry, consumer electronics or consumer durables
