HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
Design and integration of on-board systems into rail vehicles
Creation of concepts, system requirements specifications and electrical schematics
Participation in static & dynamic commissioning of the systems in rail vehicle as well as in type tests in the field
Preparation of evidences for authorization
Interface with customers, assessors and suppliers
Working in complicated projects with a large number of stake holders and in a multi-cultural environment
System engineering of a hardware & software system
Development of system architecture
Further development of the system based on customer requirements
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Completed technical education as mechanical, electronic or computer science engineer ETH/TU/FH or comparable
English at fluent level (spoken and written - standard business English)
Experience in Class B System Integration (PZB, LZB, Mirel, ATB, KVB, etc.)
Knowledge of TSI Subset and NNTR
Awareness of integration of Class B System to ETCS
Good analytical and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel in Europe (up to 25%)
Desireable / Advantage Knowledge of tools like DOORS, RQM, CCM, as well as MVB protocols and/or the simulation environment
Experience in hardware Integration
Experience in authorisation, writing requirements, testing and validating of ATP Systems
German spoken and written is an advantage
