Job Overview
Sanitas Troesch is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with middleware expertise to join their team in Bern. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, defining requirements, and ensuring successful middleware integrations.
Responsibilities
* Gather, document, and analyze functional and technical requirements related to middleware integration.
* Work with development and architecture teams to implement solutions using middleware technologies.
* Map business processes, identify gaps, and recommend workflow improvements.
* Facilitate communication between business, development, and QA teams.
* Create documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and technical specs.
* Develop and execute test cases, troubleshoot issues, and support testing and deployment.
* Identify risks and dependencies, proposing mitigation strategies.
* Align middleware solutions with business goals and IT strategies.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, focusing on middleware or integration projects.
* Knowledge of middleware platforms like SAP BTP, MuleSoft, Control-M, Kafka, IBM Middleware.
* Experience with APIs, web services, message queues, and integration patterns.
* Proficiency in writing specifications and technical documentation.
* Skills in data analysis, mapping, transformation, and testing tools like JIRA, Confluence.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in German and English; French is a plus.
Nice-to-Have Skills
* Cloud platform knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Experience with ArchiMate, Agile/Scrum, JSON, XML, SOAP, SQL.
