As part of our development, we are looking for a Senior IT Business Manager (F/M). You will work on two fronts, meticulously selecting and managing a team of skilled consultants for our clients' projects, ensuring the utmost satisfaction for all parties involved.
What We Are Looking For
* A degree in Information Systems, Economics, Management, Human Resources Management, Marketing, or related fields.
* Minimum 4 years of professional experience.
* Previous experience in the IT industry is a must.
* Goal-driven and objective-oriented mindset.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Ability to manage priorities effectively.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Effective communication abilities.
* Capability to thrive under pressure.
* Focus on problem-solving.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a commercial strategy for your business unit.
* Conduct market research, schedule meetings, and attract new opportunities and customers.
* Prepare commercial proposals and effectively manage the customer portfolio.
* Coordinate and oversee the recruitment and selection processes for new employees.
* Manage and monitor the team of consultants.
* Value and monitor employee experiences, managing their professional development.
* Provide support and guidance to teams as needed.
