For our client active in water analysis, we are actively looking for a Key Account Manager Europe Food & Beverage.

Main mission:

You play a key role in the strategic development of the company by building and maintaining long-term partnerships with key accounts in the F&B sector.

You will aim to create sustainable mutual growth through excellent service and tailored technical solutions.

Tasks:

* Define and manage long-term account plans.
* Identify growth opportunities, risks and value levers.
* Establish a relationship of trust with key decision-makers.
* Being the ambassador of customer needs internally.
* Ensure high-level customer support.
* Propose appropriate technical solutions for instrumentation, monitoring and water treatment systems.
* Accompany clients in understanding and optimizing their operations.
* Contribute to the increase in turnover and customer loyalty.
* Lead strategic trade negotiations.
* Work closely with the technical, marketing, support and management teams.
* Participate in the continuous improvement of the offer.
* Ensure regular reporting to internal stakeholders.
* Track performance and recommend corrective actions.
* Monitor market, regulatory and competitive trends.
* Contribute to the overall business strategy.

Your profile:

* University degree (engineering, life sciences, business) or equivalent experience.
* 5 years minimum in key account management or sales in the field of industrial water (treatment, purification, production), ideally with F&B clients.
* Strong technical understanding of instrumentation systems and customer processes.
* Proven experience in account development, revenue growth and retention.
* Excellent negotiation skills and strategic vision.
* Ease in a dynamic and changing environment.
* Languages: fluent English, French and German are an asset.
* Mobility: willingness to travel regularly.
