This position is in the QC Primary Packaging & Raw Material Team, based in the Stücki Tech Park site in Basel, Switzerland.

What you will do:
4. Perform and review incoming goods testing of primary packaging and raw materials under cGMP
5. Define specifications and plan analytical testing for raw materials; author and approve QC documentation
6. Implement and validate analytical methods; keep QC records accurate and current
7. Execute raw material releases, for cGMP manufacturing and engineering runs, per procedures
8. Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet project milestones and support production
9. Serve as a subject matter expert and train colleagues in key analytical techniques
What we are looking for:
10. Vocational Training as Laboratory Technician or related field with minimum 5-7 years of experience or B.S, M.S in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field, with 3-5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry or closely related field, ideally in a comparable role
11. Solid understanding and application of cGMP
12. Hands‑on experience testing excipients and primary packaging components with relevant methods and instruments
13. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
14. Proactive, organized, and detail‑oriented
15. Effective collaborator with strong teamwork skills
16. Proficiency in written and spoken English, German is a plus
