We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Development Representative to help us solidify our position and drive growth in the USA market. You’ll play a critical role in building our outbound engine by identifying the right leads, engaging decision-makers, and booking meetings that drive our mission forward. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about tech, sustainability, and wants to make a tangible difference in the hospitality space.
Responsibilities
Prospect qualified leads across assigned regions
Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone)
Book qualified discovery meetings for the AE team
Maintain clean, up-to-date records in HubSpot
Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging
Provide feedback from the field to improve pitch, and objection handling
Requirements
Previous 1–2 years of B2B outbound experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, or hospitality/F&B services in the USA
Open to working from 12:00 - 21:00, Monday to Friday
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Very comfortable with cold calling and objection handling
Organized, self-driven, and resilient
Experience with CRM tools preferred HubSpot
Languages: Native English speaker, other European languages are a plus
Location: Lisbon (Portugal) or Barcelona (Spain)
Bonus: Familiarity with hospitality or sustainability industries
