Based in our Baar, Switzerland corporate office, this role offers exposure to senior leadership, strategic projects, and global operations within a fast‑paced, luxury hospitality environment. /p pAs a trusted partner, you will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating executive communications, supporting projects, and overseeing office administration while upholding the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide comprehensive calendar support, including meetings, calls, and travel coordination. /li liPrepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports for executive and board‑level meetings. /li liHandle executive correspondence and communications with professionalism and discretion. /li liCoordinate meeting preparation, including compiling agendas, briefing materials, and follow‑up minutes. /li liOrganize logistics for conferences, events, and board sessions, including venue, catering, and guest arrangements. /li liTrack and process executive expenses, ensuring accurate reporting and reconciliation. /li liAssist with financial coordination, including budget tracking and data analysis. /li liMaintain accurate records, filing systems, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. /li liOversee general office coordination in Baar, including supplies, vendor relationships, and building management. /li liSupport special projects and initiatives while ensuring timely follow‑up on executive priorities. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liA bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred. /li li3–5 years’ experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative role within an international setting. /li liStrong organizational and time‑management skills, with proven ability to handle multiple priorities. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German or other languages are an advantage. /li liHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). /li liDemonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment with competing priorities. /li liProven discretion and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information. /li liStrong problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. /li liAdaptability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment with shifting demands. /li liA proactive, self‑motivated professional eager to grow within a dynamic global organization. /li liThis position does not attract visa sponsorship. Candidates must already have existing permission to live and work in Switzerland.
