Our developments make an important contribution to safer, more efficient and more sustainable production, mobility and communication.In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.What you will do:Lead end-to-end industrialization projects for vacuum capacitors, from prototype validation through to stable, high-volume productionEvolve and optimize manufacturing processes with a strong focus on process robustness, quality, cost efficiency, and technical feasibilityCreate and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including work instructions, routing plans, and production recordsDesign manufacturing aids and production tooling and manage them throughout their entire lifecycleDrive continuous process improvements based on LEAN principles and evaluate emerging technologies for their operational and economic impactWhat you bring:At least 5 years of industry experience, ideally in sequential assembly or serial production environmentsDeep process know-how in brazing, vacuum technology, polishing, and forming operationsProficiency in CAD (SolidWorks), SAP, and standard office tools; experience with PowerBI, Python, or 42Q is a plusAnalytical and structured working style with a strong problem-solving mindset; Six Sigma exposure is advantageousA solid mix of genuine fun and persistence when bringing high-quality technical products to lifeExcellent German and English skills and a collaborative mindset in an interdisciplinary environmentWhy join us?
