In the context of the retirement of the incumbent, the Centre Rencontres is looking for its future DIRECTOR (90%-100%)YOUR MISSION:In close collaboration with the teams and partners of the socio-sanitary network, you ensure the management and human leadership of the institution, composed of approximately 80 employees. As a guarantor of the vision and values of the Centre Rencontres, you ensure the maintenance of high-quality support, respectful of the needs of beneficiaries and their loved ones, in a complex and constantly evolving environment.
