The wide range of services offered supports our customers in all areas of passenger inland waterways transport: shipping company management, crew management, nautical/technical management, hospitality catering services, safety security, ship financing, charter brokerage, insurance management, newbuild conversion support and ship ICT services. /p h3Your responsibilities – Shape the future of River Advice /h3 ul liAct as the key expert for assigned applications, overseeing their full lifecycle. /li liMaintain and configure applications, manage user databases, and implement updates and enhancements. /li liTranslate business needs into functional specifications and optimize workflows. /li liCoordinate system improvements, new module implementations, integrations, testing, and user acceptance. /li liProvide first- and second-level user support, create training materials, and maintain up-to-date documentation. /li liCollaborate with managers, IT teams, and vendors to resolve issues, implement enhancements, and manage the application roadmap. /li liEnsure systems comply with policies and regulations, coordinate access management, audits, and support risk assessments. /li liMonitor data integrity, manage files, and deliver reports on planning, compliance, and performance metrics. /li liSupport decision-making with business and industry data analysis. /li /ul h3Your profile – What you bring to the table /h3 ul liBachelor´s degree (or equivalent) in business administration or equivalent. /li liStrong understanding of application lifecycle management and IT service management (ITSM). /li liStrong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications. /li liExperience with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HR systems, or industry specific platforms). /li liFamiliarity with ITIL, integration concepts, APIs, and data flows. /li liExcellent communication skills, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
