Isolation Valve Product Manager

We are seeking a Product Manager for our Isolation Valves series to oversee product life cycles, interface with sales teams and customers, and coordinate simultaneous developments according to customer requests and product roadmaps.
Your Challenges:
1. Owning responsibility for the entire product series, including managing its life cycle.
2. Managing interfaces with sales teams and customers for all technical aspects in defined markets.
3. Coordinating simultaneous developments of multiple product solutions according to customer requests and product roadmaps.
4. Monitoring and optimizing profitability of product lines and regions, implementing value pricing and value propositions.
5. Collaborating with business units to leverage synergies in product offerings and advance customer relationships.
6. Identifying market trends and customer technical roadmaps to derive needs for adapting our product offerings.
7. Supporting sales entities in product training, customer acquisition, product presentations, and negotiations.
8. Establishing technical customer documentation according to applicable regulatory requirements.
Your Competencies:
* Degree in science or engineering, preferably with experience in mechanical and electrical systems or vacuum technology.
* Additional degree in economics and/or marketing, or successful commercial experience.
* Strong experience in managing international customers and projects on a global scale.
* Possessing a powerful entrepreneur mindset and strategic thinking.
* Able to identify market developments and derive requirements that influence future valve business.
* Experience in product management is preferred.
* Fluency in English, ability to negotiate in speaking and writing, and fluency in German is advantageous.
