As part of our business development in Switzerland, Climalife (Dehon Group) is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to manage and grow our customer portfolio across Switzerland. This role offers autonomy, responsibility for the full sales cycle, and close collaboration with a small, experienced team.

Main Responsibilities
* Manage and develop a portfolio of B2B customers (distributors, installers, industrial clients)
* Sell the full Climalife product range (refrigerants, cleaning agents, inhibitors, etc.)
* Handle the full sales process: prospecting, negotiation, contracting, account management
* Conduct regular site visits to maintain close relationships with customers across Switzerland
* Participate in 2 industry trade shows per year
* Monitor KPIs, margins, and budget; report to management regularly
* Collaborate weekly with the Sales colleague (1 team meeting per week); provide backup when needed
Your Profile / Qualifications
* Confirmed experience in B2B technical sales, ideally in HVAC-R, chemicals, or industrial solutions
* Knowledge of the Swiss market and distribution models
* Autonomous and structured, with strong commercial and communication skills
* Ability to represent the full product offering and build long-term client relationships
* Fluent in Swiss German and French (both mandatory); English is a strong asset
* Comfortable with remote work and regular travel across Switzerland
