Duties and Responsibilities
As a Spa Guest Service Attendant / Yogi / Personal trainer, you will assume full responsibility for the efficient and professional operation of spa reception duties, yoga sessions, and personal training in line with Six Senses Spa standards.
* Check and assist with the setup of daily operations of the spa reception according to Six Senses Spa standards.
* Make, reconfirm and verify guest bookings and manage appointment cards or appointment schedules for the following day.
* Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the reception area and spa, concentrating on front of house areas.
* Remove and replace towels and amenities in the spa common areas (including wet areas) as needed.
* Ensure retail is offered appropriately to guests and the retail area is set up as per standards.
* Answer the telephone and email communications.
* Uphold Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation, with performance benchmarks maintained and exceeded.
* Lead and guide yoga sessions for guests, tailored to their level and preferences, in line with Six Senses wellness philosophy.
* Provide personalized fitness and training support as a Personal Trainer, designing sessions that reflect guest needs and wellness goals.
* Uphold and embody the Six Senses service standards and guidelines, consistently exceeding performance benchmarks.
* Ensure strict adherence to LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards, using guest feedback to continually improve the experience offered.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years’ experience in a similar luxury spa/health club with proven references. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
* Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Keep updated with the latest trends in fitness and wellness.
* Fluent in English and French.
* EU passport or valid Swiss work authorization required.
