The opportunity
Join our dynamic team as an SAP CoE Assistant, where you will support executive leadership in their day-to-day office activities. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with global teams, coordinate international travel, and manage complex schedules across time zones.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless executive operations, coordinating international travel, and managing complex schedules across time zones. Your collaboration with global teams and leadership will align events with strategic goals, while your problem-solving skills will address issues efficiently.
How you’ll make an impact
Manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings across time zones, and ensure seamless executive operations
Plan and coordinate international travel, accommodations, visas, and transportation for executives and event attendees
Work closely with global teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional departments to align events with strategic goals
Oversee and manage system access for all teams globally, ensuring compliance with security policies, granting appropriate permissions, and coordinating with IT to onboard/offboard users
Serve as the primary point of contact within the SAP CoE organization for identifying, addressing, or escalating issues across different regions and functions; connect the right stakeholders to resolve problems efficiently
Organize and execute virtual, hybrid, and in-person events, including leadership summits, team retreats, and corporate conferences
Act as the primary liaison between executives, internal teams, external vendors, and global partners to align event objectives
Your background
Ability to establish and maintain strong professional relationships with executives, colleagues, vendors, and stakeholders across functional- and global teams
Ability to generate new ideas and challenge status quo, capable of identifying and addressing challenges proactively
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Ability to work with multiple stakeholder’s and at different levels of the organization
Fluent in English language and good interpersonal, networking, collaboration and communication skills
Excellent communication and organization skills
Ownership of the executive’s agenda/schedule (oversees access to executives)
Ability to organize corporate events, meetings, and conferences from start to finish including logistics, vendor coordination, and budgeting
Skilled in handling travel arrangements, venue selection, equipment setup, and event-day logistics
Ability to handle last-minute changes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth event execution under pressure
