Pricing & Revenue Manager

You will be at the heart of our business strategy, developing and implementing cutting-edge pricing models that maximize value and meet market demands.
* Tailored (Static) Pricing Strategy: Establish and implement robust pricing policies, guidelines, and procedures. Tailor pricing strategies to different customer segments, maximizing value and meeting specific market needs. Work closely with sales teams to communicate and execute pricing strategies effectively in the field.
* Dynamic Pricing Management: Implement and manage advanced pricing optimization tools to keep our prices responsive to market changes. Continuously adjust pricing models based on performance and market feedback.
* Rebates Program Design: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to define and achieve the objectives of our rebate programs. Identify and segment customers to maximize rebate program effectiveness. Assess the cost-effectiveness and success of rebate programs, making necessary adjustments for optimal results.
* Technology Implementation: Utilize advanced pricing management tools and technologies to automate processes and enhance decision-making. Seamlessly connect pricing solutions with our ERP and CRM systems for smooth operations.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Ensure pricing strategies align with overall business objectives by working closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams. Provide pricing guidance and support negotiations with clients, enhancing sales team effectiveness. Liaise with industry peers on pricing trends and best practices.
* Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor and report on the performance of pricing strategies and initiatives. Generate and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to make informed recommendations for adjustments.
* Process Design/Improvement: Improve and harmonize the quotation process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Develop processes to collect and utilize market data from sales and marketing. Explore strategies to encourage prompt payments and define tactics to recover outstanding payments, maintaining positive customer relationships.
We are looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for numbers and market trends. You should have a Master's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. Additionally, you should have in-depth knowledge of pricing strategy development and implementation, strong data analysis skills, fluent English language skills, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with company-specific software.
