New Business & Digital Sales Account Manager

Your Responsibilities
* Customer portfolio management: daily monitoring of contracts, responding to requests, and anticipating needs.
* Business relationship management: identifying opportunities for development, preparing and leading steering committees with customers.
* Performance analysis: preparing activity reports, monitoring KPIs, and proposing action plans.
* Optimizing fleet management: advising on fleet composition, energy transition, and electrification.
* Internal coordination: creating synergies with the sales, technical, delivery, and customer service teams.
* Ensuring customer loyalty: guaranteeing high satisfaction and supporting contract renewals.
* Cross-functional collaboration between account management in new business and in the business partner area.
Your Profile
* Commercial training or comparable qualification (commercial diploma)
* Very good German and English skills; French and/or Italian skills are an advantage
* Ideally, experience in the automotive or financial services industry
* Good understanding of mobility issues (TCO, electrification, etc.)
* Precise, careful, and independent way of working
* Sound knowledge of MS Office
* Citrix/SAP experience is an advantage
* Sales and service orientation
* Excellent knowledge of reporting tools (Excel, CRM, etc.)
