Position: Paid Internship in Business Analytics - 4/6 Months (m/f/x)

Business analysts (BAs) are IT-coded resources that work closely with Consumer Knowledge, Marketing, Sales and Finance teams. They are essential partners to analyse a multitude of data streams and build analytical tools to influence business strategy across many areas spanning from supply chain to retail & media campaigns executions.
As a BA intern your responsibilities will include:
1. Delivering analytical updates and insights directly to senior business leaders, for example Market & Share performance of our product portfolio, identifying key growth opportunities and shaping our strategy, while using advanced analytics techniques.
2. Leading and improving the analytical program, influencing the data & business strategy for your business unit/category together with consumer research group.
3. Building next-generation business analytics tools for our category analysts and business partners, owning our new applications from design-thinking up to user adoption.
4. Upskilling our organization on data analytics & advanced algorithms
5. Collaborating with multi-functional teams (Consumer Research, Finance, Marketing) and IT teams (Data Engineers/Data Scientists) to translate your innovations into robust and automated solutions
6. Participating and improving YOUR skills via P&G’s analytics capability program.
Job Qualifications
Requirements:
7. Enthusiasm and curiosity about the intersection of business, technology and data
8. You are doing a Bachelor or Master (preferred) Degree in a quantitative field (Operation Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Statistics, Analytics etc); Possibly a minor in Economics or Business Management
9. You are comfortable working with diverse business scenarios, handling multiple priorities and have a business & consultancy mind-set, while technically-(data) savvy.
10. Passion to try new things, learn quickly and work well with diverse backgrounds
11. Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, dynamic and can-do attitude
12. English required (written and oral)
…and it would be good to have knowledge of:
13. Data analytics and visualization skills / tools (KNIME, Spotfire, PowerBI or similar)
14. Programming languages (SQL, Python, R, C#, etc.)
