Tasks
* Design and conduct educational programs in child and adult protection law.
* Guide students through their learning and project processes.
* Support and assess CAS, MAS, and Bachelor projects.
* Design, development, implementation, and quality assurance of courses in the field of child and adult protection law in initial and continuing education.
* Support learning and educational processes as well as coaching of students (e.g., project supervision).
* Supervision and qualification of CAS, MAS, module, and bachelor theses.
* Participation in the acquisition and implementation of service and research projects in cooperation with practice organizations.
* Publications in professional journals.
* Professional development of the subject area.
Skills
* Master's degree in law required; PhD preferred.
* Strong expertise in civil child and adult protection law.
* Ability to make complex concepts accessible to diverse audiences.
Qualifications
* Master's degree in law, doctorate in law is an advantage.
* Very good expertise and many years of experience in civil child and adult protection law.
* Good networking in practice with KESB and legal guardians.
* Ability to prepare scientific concepts understandably for different target groups from practice.
* Humorous personality, analytical thinker, and independent team player.
* Experience in organizational development of authorities or practice organizations desired.
* Teaching experience in adult education is an advantage.
