Main Responsibilities
* Implement production plans for hydroelectric plants in accordance with technical, weather, and grid constraints.
* Work directly with partners to ensure grid stability (frequency, voltage, etc.).
* Respond to unforeseen events and contribute to the continuity of the country's energy supply.
* Monitor advanced technological tools (SCADA, EDM).
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A HES diploma or Master's degree in electrical energy.
* Strong motivation to learn and adapt to new situations.
* An interest in responsibility, precision, and critical systems.
* Excellent command of French and good knowledge of German and English.
