PpbRole /b /p /p pAs Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will be the operating engine behind how Visium leads, decides, and executes. You will own the rhythm of the business, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure that nothing important falls through the cracks. This is not a support role, it is a leadership role for someone who wants to shape how a company is built, and who is ready to operate with the speed and rigour that demands. /ppIf you thrive in complexity, write with precision, and hold yourself to the standard of getting things done, this role was designed for you. /ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pliServe as the operating backbone of the CEO, owning priorities, cadence, and follow-through across the week, month, and quarter, ensuring the CEO's time and attention are always on the highest-leverage decisions. /liliOwn board operations end-to-end, from pack production and meeting preparation through to action tracking and advisor coordination. The CEO is the editor; the CoS is accountable. /liliDrive the operating rhythm of the leadership team, ensuring decisions are made, documented, owned, and executed.
