Your expertise will be essential in ensuring high availability, performance, and security of our IT services. /p pEvolve in a challenging, regulated environment for a fast and growing Private Bank. /p ul libMain responsibilities: /b /li liDesign, implementation, and management of Microsoft-related technologies, including but not limited to Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft PKI, DFS, MS Teams. /li liDesign, implementation, and management of the Exchange infrastructure /li liMonitor and optimize email server performance, storage, and capacity planning /li liManage the Archiving solution, based on Enterprise Vault, ensure retention and compliance rules are applied /li liPrepare and operate the transition to the Cloud Solution /li liDesign, implementation, and management of Citrix-related technologies, /li liProvide production support for our Microsoft environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. /li liManage and resolve complex incidents and problems, minimizing downtime and mitigating impacts on business operations. /li liImplement and maintain system monitoring solutions to pre-emptively identify potential issues (SCOM / NIMSOFT). /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams for system enhancements and integration of new technologies. /li liEnsure compliance with security policies and procedures, including regular system audits and updates. /li liConduct root cause analysis for major incidents and lead problem management processes. /li liDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and service records. /li /ul pBe part of an on-call service rotation one week per month (24/24-7j/7) /p ul libMust have with strong expertise in : /b /li liMicrosoft Infra (AD, DHCP, SCOM) /li liExchange 2019 and email security solutions /li liSCCM /li liPowershell scripting /li liMS Team /li /ul pAnsible /p pbNice to have : /b /p ul liM365 /li liCitrix /li liAirWatch MDM Mobility plateform /li /ul pbOthers /b /p ul liSwiss Residence /li libCore Competencies : Adherence to the company’s values: Dedication, Conviction, Agility and Responsibility - Compliance with regulations and internal directives /b /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
