Job Description
1. Lead and structure the internal IT Project Office, defining clear projecternance and delivery standards
2. Guide a team of about 5 project managers, providing coaching, leadership, and day-to-day oversight
3. Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to align project oues withpany strategy
4. Build and roll out standardized methodologies, documentation, and KPIs to monitor execution
5. Manage resource allocation, budgeting, vendor collaboration, and third-party contributions
6. Act as a trusted advisor to IT leadership, proactively identifying delivery risks and proposing mitigation plans
7. Contribute to the cultural DNA: remain humble, pragmatic, and sensitive to the pace and values of a privately held group
8. Drive change management and stakeholder engagement to ensure long-term adoption of new tools and processes
9. Ensure reporting, dashboards, and project visibility to executive leadership
The Successful Applicant
10. Proven experience in setting up or leading a PMO or portfolio function within an IT department
11. Background in financial services or trading environments is highly preferred
12. Experience managingplex IT programs (cloud, ERP, infrastructure) and cross-functional teams
13. Ability to deliver structure and discipline in a high-demand environment, while being agile and solution-driven
14. Fluent in English - French is a plus;fortable interacting across cultures and seniority levels
15. Certified in project delivery methodologies (PMP, Prince2, Agile, etc.)
16. Familiar with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, MS Project, or similar
