For our Techfirm Industrial Services team, we would like to integrate a MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER (M/W/D) ⚙️ ready to join us in Switzerland to take up new challenges together! \uD83C\uDDE8\uD83C\uDDED WHAT WILL BE YOUR TASKS - Responsible for the design of power electronics devices - Gathering information, document, report, and track design improvement, keeping up to date with the product strategic plans, and developing an understanding of technical drivers and customer value. - Contributing your own creative ideas to R&D projects and proposing follow-up activities based on project results - Providing consulting services to business operations like the design to cost, design for manufacturing, design for testing - Participating in working teams and offering assistance to co-workers, as well as consulting team members and colleagues to gain information and knowledge. WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU ? ⛳️ - Master of Mechanical engineering or/and Electromechanical degree (FH or equivalent} - 5 years of experience in electromechanical environment - 1-3 years of experience as work package leader or project/product leader role - Good knowledge of CAD/Creo design - A solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills - Confident with the R&D Product development methods, Agile, Scrum, and Lean6sigma - Fluent English \uD83C\uDDEC\uD83C\uDDE7, German \uD83C\uDDE9\uD83C\uDDEA Basics WHO WE ARE ?
