1. Experience in presales of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and leading Bid-Teams
2. Process knowledge in more than one of the areas: Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing, Retail, Project Operations.
3. Understanding of material and value flow within ERP systems.
4. Ability to clearly explain complex issues.
5. Experience working with clients and in (agile) project teams.
6. Strong communication and presentation skills.
7. Self-initiative, analytical skills, and a solution-oriented approach.
8. Service-oriented mindset and actions.
9. Enjoyment of new and complex challenges and working in a diverse team.
10. Fluent in English and German (minimum B2 level).
11. Act as a link between Sales and Consulting, supporting our Sales team in acquiring potential clients.
12. Advise client leadership on the right architecture concepts and modules of Dynamics 365
13. Prepare and deliver solution presentations and workshops for our clients and prospects. You’ll use the latest Microsoft Technology and orchestrate expert knowledge across the Dynamics Platform.
14. Drive Solutions as Solution Architects and create proposals.
15. Analyze complex interface requirements and design solutions based on the D365 platform and third-party solutions.
16. Hand-Over projects into delivery and advise the project team with cross-functional process and product knowledge.
