Spend your summer gaining new and exciting experiences working with children in a luxury resort environment!

Our Worldwide Kids Kids Club Activity Supervisors support the childcare manager and teams to ensure the safety and enjoyment of family guests in our beautiful resort settings.

You will support an experienced international childcare team from the UK, Greece, Germany, USA, and France, in caring for children aged 4-12. As part of the Worldwide Kids team, you are making family holidays unforgettable by delivering safe, exciting, and unique experiences for the children in your care.

We are looking for passionate, flexible, and committed people to work in our luxury Greek resorts. Worldwide Kids childcare supervisors will work with the team to deliver a varied activity programme of creative, cognitive, and physical activities, utilizing all the resort's facilities.

Our Kids Club Activity Supervisors are energetic, approachable, and enthusiastic. They possess excellent communication skills for guest-facing roles and are responsible for the daily operation of the kids' club. This role requires experience working with large groups of children aged 4-12 years, along with a proactive, positive, and approachable demeanor. Supervisors must be supportive and adaptable, leading by example in adhering to safety policies and procedures and delivering engaging activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth operation of the Kids Club for children aged 4–12 years.

Respond to inquiries professionally and promptly.

Meet regularly with the Childcare Manager and Crèche Supervisor to allocate staff according to business needs.

Conduct daily team meetings.

Communicate with parents before and during their child's stay to facilitate a smooth transition.

Represent WK within the resort.

Ensure all health and safety policies, procedures, and risk assessments are in place, operational, and updated as needed.

Plan and develop engaging, fun, and action-packed activity programmes.

Be proactive and creative in activity planning.

Maintain daily updates on the WK Kids Management System and handle administrative tasks using Word and Excel.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience working with children aged 4-12 years.

Enthusiasm and a professional, positive attitude towards providing excellent service.

Caring and passionate about working with children.

Strong guest relations and customer service skills.

Excellent communication skills, adaptable, resourceful, patient, and diplomatic.

Background in sports or arts.

Team-oriented mindset.

Good interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English.

Supervisory or management experience is highly desirable.

Childcare or teaching qualification.

Additional language skills are a plus.
