For a temporary assignment of 15 months, our client, Jabil Manufacturing in Le Locle, seeks a Project Manager. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead medium to high complexity projects from concept through implementation and launch /li liDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables /li liCoordinate cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to achieve project objectives /li liMonitor project scope, quality, costs, risks, and overall performance /li liDrive stakeholder communication and provide regular updates to leadership and customers /li liIdentify risks and implement effective mitigation and corrective action plans /li liEnsure customer satisfaction by delivering projects on time and within budget /li liPromote continuous improvement and operational excellence across project teams /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification /li li2 to 3+ years of experience managing projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment /li liPMP Certification or equivalent project management qualification is an advantage /li liProven ability to successfully lead multiple projects and deliver results on time and within budget /li liStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, influence, and engage cross-functional teams /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to interact at all organizational levels /li liProactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities /li liFluent in French and English, both written and spoken /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
