Are you convinced that continuous learning and people development are key to creating and maintaining a high-performing culture? As an experienced specialist in the learning and people development environment, you are just the person we have been looking for. You will be at the heart of our transformation to become a learning organization, coordinating the Group-wide learning activities, helping to identify effective ways to implement it, contributing your expertise and driving this development. You will be reporting to the Group HR responsible and collaborating closely with both divisions.

In line with the needs of the business and HR strategy, design and continuously develop the Forbo Group learning landscape in close cooperation and coordination with both divisions to transform it into a Group-wide Forbo training academy

Establish an integral concept for training and people development, leaving room for innovative ideas for promoting new formats, methods, and approaches as well as digital learning

Define and implement the right balance between digital learning and face-to-face trainings (blended learning)

Drive the further development of skills, competences, and career paths design – closely aligned with talent management and succession planning processes

Ensure that the company culture and leadership framework are reflected in all development activities

Be a driving force for trends and innovation in the field of learning and development

Build-up a system-based administration and ensure the effectiveness of processes used for all activities in this field

Organize and contribute to leadership trainings

Track training results / achievements and provide feedback to key internal stakeholders

Your profile

Higher degree in business administration and / or relevant higher degree from a specialized technical college (HR)

At least 5 years of comparable professional experience in a national and international business environment with a proven track record in building a learning organization of this nature

Proficiency in English (essential, both verbally and in writing), knowledge of German and other languages is a valuable asset

Highly experienced with digital tools (e-learning and HRIS systems as well as Microsoft MS365 applications)

Knowledge of methodological and didactical learning transfer as well as blended learning concepts

We are looking for an organizational talent with strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills as well as project management experience. A team-player with a hands-on-mentality who takes a meticulous, service-oriented, and proactive approach to your work. You are highly motivated, committed and have a knack for communicating and presenting subject matter in a very clear, concise, and professional manner.
