Senior Product Manager - Accounting Integrations (ERP) role at TravelPerk. We are a global travel and expense management platform with an all-in-one solution that helps travelers and companies manage travel, spend, and reporting efficiently. Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Barcelona, TravelPerk has grown to over 1,800 people across Europe and North America.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the Accounting Integration product area. This role drives the vision, strategy, and execution for integrations with globally operating ERP systems to enable seamless accounting, reimbursement, and payment processing. The goal is to reduce manual tasks, accelerate onboarding, and deliver accurate financial reporting at scale.
What You’ll Do
* Dig into insights: use data and user feedback to identify opportunities and translate them into actionable strategies.
* Share the vision: communicate the why and where behind your product areas to keep the team inspired and stakeholders aligned.
* Define strategies: outline plans, explain why they matter, how you’ll solve them, and how success will be measured.
* Collaborate and execute: work with developers, designers, and cross-functional teams (Implementation, Sales Engineering, Account Managers) to deliver value incrementally.
* Be the go-to expert: create training materials and ensure product documentation is up to date.
* Empower your team: lead with servant leadership to maintain focus, remove distractions, and foster creativity and collaboration.
* Level up the product function: continuously learn and share insights to help build a world-class product team.
What You’ll Need
* Experience that counts: at least 7 years in a tech company, with at least 5 years as a Product Manager. Prior experience with accounting integrations is a strong plus.Experience in development, design, or business roles is a bonus but not required.
* Finance and accounting: working knowledge of accounting reconciliation and finance operations; familiarity with SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related ERP/financial tools.
* UX focus: track record of creating customer-facing products that are intuitive and impactful.
* SaaS-savvy: comfortable working on B2B platforms and collaborating with finance stakeholders in areas like finance, tax, and compliance.
* Execution drive: ability to break down complex projects into deliverable steps with measurable outcomes.
* Cross-functional mindset: experience partnering with engineering, design, finance, and data teams.
Problem-solving: ability to untangle challenges, balance risks, and create data-backed plans.
