Responsibilities
* Manage and develop our hybrid infrastructure across on‑premises Windows Server environments and Azure
* Install, configure, operate, and troubleshoot Windows Server systems in on‑premises environments
* Implement and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform, Bicep, and Microsoft DSC
* Apply GitOps principles for configuration and deployment automation
* Automate processes and tasks with PowerShell and other tools to ensure efficiency and reliability
* Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders
* Share your expertise with team members and support them in technical matters
Qualifications
* Completed technical education (university or equivalent)
* Several years of experience in designing and operating hybrid cloud infrastructures (Azure and on‑premises Windows Server)
* Deep knowledge of Windows Server administration, including installation, configuration, patching, and incident resolution
* Strong knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Bicep, Microsoft DSC) and automation (PowerShell)
* Familiarity with GitOps workflows and best practices
* Python scripting experience is a plus
* High level of self‑motivation, structured working style, and willingness to mentor others
* Excellent English skills (spoken and written); German is a plus
* Willingness to travel within Switzerland and participate in on‑call rotations
