Salt Business is looking for a motivated and experienced Pre-Sales Manager to shape the future of our B2B fixed and internet portfolio. What you-ll be doing * Act as a trusted advisor to Account Managers in complex B2B projects involving fixed internet and networking solutions. * Support customer-facing teams in all stages of the sales lifecycle (Opportunity, Design to Proposal, Negotiate to Close). * Design and validate customised internet and fixed-line solutions tailored to customer needs. * Perform on-site visits and technical assessments when needed. * Coordinate internally with Product Manager and Engineering to improve existing solutions and bring client feedback into the product development loop. * Own the technical part of proposals, from initial discovery to final presentation. * Drive technical enablement and knowledge sharing across the commercial organisation. * Ensure documentation, pricing, solution diagrams and offer packages are always aligned and up to date. What you bring * Degree in Telecommunications, IT or equivalent professional experience. * Solid knowledge of connectivity & telephony solutions (FTTH, xDSL, Ethernet, routing, SD-Wan). * Security knowledge is a plus. * Proven experience in pre-sales, solution design, or technical sales. * Strong customer orientation and ability to simplify technical concepts in business discussions. * Fluent in English and German, French is a plus. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills - able to coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams. * Curious, structured, and comfortable in fast-changing environments. * Report to Director of Product & performance.
