Key Responsibilities:
* Support a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager in handling smaller projects.
* Partner with clients to finalize study specifications, including initial in-person meetings, and assist in study setup and record maintenance.
* Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager to ensure timely completion of business activities to meet customer and study requirements.
* Coordinate internal and external activities for study initiation and customer needs.
* Use project planning tools to communicate progress and responsibilities.
* Support building operational documents and assist with financial planning and forecasting.
* Monitor project activities and establish customer-approved job specifications.
Client Relationship Management
* Perform needs analysis and understand customer’s target market.
* Maintain knowledge of Thermo Fisher's solutions and communicate value propositions.
* Lead projects efficiently and be accountable for team outcomes.
Project Management Leadership
* Seek mentorship for personal development.
* Ensure clear and focused communication.
* Collaborate on solutions and resolve problems quickly.
* Own project results and foster team respect and alignment.
Key Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Experience: 2-3 years in project management or client-facing roles; pharma experience preferred but not required; logistics/distribution experience acceptable with an advanced degree.
