As a Service Fulfillment Designer, you play a central role in the end‑to‑end (E2E) service provisioning process within the solutions domain. You ensure that services are delivered accurately, reliably, and on time, making a tangible impact on customer satisfaction and service quality. You are a key contributor to customer projects, taking ownership from order intake through to service delivery. This includes order processing, inventory management, service design, equipment ordering, and close coordination with both internal and external stakeholders to guarantee professional and seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Create customer lines for the mobile network
* Order and manage the hardware required for customer services
* Coordinate internal teams and external partners throughout the delivery process
* Update, adapt, and maintain network inventories
Your Profile
Must‑Have Skills
* Solid knowledge of FTTx access network technologies
* Good understanding of the telecommunications sector
* Strong team spirit; proactive, autonomous, and comfortable working in a complex environment
* Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly understand issues and think end‑to‑end
* Native‑level French proficiency
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
* English and/or German skills are a strong asset for collaboration within the team
